Had trouble with this trimmer the first time right out of the box. First after i turned it on i couldn't tell if it had three speeds they all sounded the same. Next placed the head next to the ground to cut and the motor sounded like it was grinding and tearing itself apart. Next tried to cut grass and the little blades of grass actually stopped the blades from turning. This trimmer is a piece of junk and i am returning it today to get a refund.
